WeGrowTogether

The "WeGrowTogether" project aims to empower women-led cooperatives in Bursa, Türkiye, by addressing key challenges that hinder their growth: limited market access, insufficient business skills, and weak networking. The project will develop a digital platform (RUE) that enhances the cooperatives' empowerment. It will provide comprehensive training in areas like leadership, finance, digital literacy, and branding. The platform will also offer accessible information resources and foster active community engagement. Key activities include user-centric platform design, pilot testing with DWAC, and broad dissemination of the platform and its resources. The project aligns with the RURBANIVE initiative, EU/national/local policies, emphasizing a holistic, user-centric, and sustainable approach. By fostering collaboration, knowledge sharing, and digital inclusion, "WeGrowTogether" strives to create a more equitable and sustainable future for women-led cooperatives and their communities.
